InvoiceUK is a free mobile invoicing app for UK sole traders, freelancers, and small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

  • Automatically collected (Device Information): When you use the app, we collect IP address, device type, browser/app version, and basic usage data (pages viewed, interactions). This helps the app function and improve.

  • Information you provide: Email/login, business name, logo (optional), invoice details you enter (client names/emails, descriptions, amounts, dates), and Stripe connection details (via secure OAuth — we never store card numbers or full payment info).

  • We do NOT collect: Bank details, full payment card information (handled entirely by Stripe), passwords (managed by authentication provider), geolocation, contacts, calendar, Bluetooth, or any other device features.

  • To provide and operate the app: create, send, track invoices; send emails/WhatsApp shares; update payment status.

  • To comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax/HMRC record-keeping).
